Moto Club Strade Bianche in Moto located in via Roma, 1378 Montecolmbo (RN) in collaboration with Minoa Group s.a.s of Mirco Urbinati and C.
Art.2- COMPETITION TYPE
The event is international and not agonistic but it is historical-cultural to show places, history, culture and traditions of Italian people.
The journey is 1200 km long and divided in 4 stages. All roads are open for normal traffic and the local Police will organize a rolling closure of each stage. That means cross traffic as well oncoming traffic will be closed for the time of the italian challenge is going through.Traffic will be resumed once the convoy has passed. The riders and other participants are obliged to obey the rules and regulations of road traffic in Italy. Every participant must have appropriate tools with clear directions for the route. It will be equipped of: GPS track, GPS route (way point) and Road Book paper. The route itself is derived from the Touring Club d'Italia's maps at 1 / 200,000.
Art.3- MOTORCYCLES AND CATEGORIES ALLOWED
The event is opening to this categories of motorbike: "Historic", "Teams" and "Turismo". Other bikes will not be allowed.
- Category H1 "Historic": in this category all two - wheeled vehicles will be admitted a registration engine before 1988.
- Category S1 "Teams": teams of three pilots enrolled in group names.
- Category A1 "Turismo": in this category all two-wheeled vehicles will be admitted with Tourism and Enduro engines weighing more than 150 kg.
The bikes of all categories must be updated to the current traffic laws.
Bikes must be equipped with a number which will include the number of attendance, communicated by the Organization by 15 days before the event. During the preliminary operations in Misano Adriatico (RN) the participant whose motorcycle will not be the one registered for the event and / or not in accordance with the rules of the traffic laws, will not take part at the event and will not be returned money. The change of the bike, for technical reasons, must be communicated to the Organization by 20 days before the event.

Art.4- CONDUCTORS ALLOWED
All citizens of the world possessing a driving license enabling the use of motorcycles for the current year, accompanied by a certificate of good health and they have signed the affiliation with F.M.I. Which is the sponsor of the event for the current year.
To make the event as safe as possible all participants have to wear technical clothing including boots, protections and helmet approved.
N.B: at the start, the bikers is wearing a not approved helmet will not take part of the journey.
Art.6- REVIEW AND PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Preliminary checks about documents and bikes will appen on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 10 a.m. Until 6 p.m. In Misano Adriatico Area Village (RN).
Departures will start on may 23, 2018 at 8a.m.
The organization reserves the right to move up or delay departures for reasons beyond their control.
Art. 8- DAYS SCHEDULE
The road book will be delivered during the briefing that will happen on Tuesday afternoon May 22, 2018. GPS tracks will send to email five days before. Participants will have to already loaded tracks on their GPS the starting day.
Art.9- TIME CONTROLS
During the Timetable Controls the participant will have to show up his signature board. In the control area the stop and the transit are prohibited, excluding for the participant of the moment. The Organization may, if it deems it appropriate, reserve the right to do a Secret Time Control. All participants, all of them categories will have to stop at the Timetable Controls and Stamp Controls, at the times indicated in your signature board and without hindering in any way the other participants.
Art. 10- TYPE OF NAVIGATION
All tracks will show on GPS, but some areas of the trip include Waypoint navigation that must necessarily be found by the GPS tracking participant (in these points will be set up pass controls). During the stages, participants will be provided with a convenient Road Book that can also be used without the use of the professional road book holder; in some sectors the participant will have to continue the Road Book navigation, where check and time control can be set up.
Each participant will be provided with a schedule for each stage, with departure time, stop area and arrival times to be respected. It should be noted that the departure is also considered as C.O. (subject to any penalties). Timetables must be handed over to the staff of the organization upon arrival at the stage locations as requested by the staff of the Organization. If, for any reason, the participant is unable to deliver the card at the time required, he will have to deliver it at 21.00 pm directly to the organization. After midnight no delivery will be accepted and the participant will start at the last position next day.
Art. 12- MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE
The mechanical track of staff, following the event, will only provide solving technical assistance on the place. For the most demanding work, the use of materials and spare parts, the participant will have to personally arrange for the advance payment of the mechanic.
Art.13- REGISTRATION FEE
Driver's participation fee is € 490 for 5 days.
€ 150 will be deposit on 1/1/2018 or on confirmation of the per-enrollment

The fee includes: access to the restricted area and stage, motorhome parking at the end of each stage, dinners, medical staff, assistance vehicles, road book, GPS track, waypoint, map route, stickers, identification bracelet, luggage transport service. Rates do not include overnight stay. Participants will also buy an additional dinner's card for each assistance person that will follow him along the trip. Each dinner's Card cost € 25.00.
Art. 14 – RIDERS WAIVER
In case of renounce, 50% of the registration fee will be returned to rider if it will be comunicated before 25/4/2018 at the following address: Motoclub Strade Bianche in Moto via Roma 1378, San Savino of Mount Colombo47854 (RN). Nothing will be returned if was pay only deposit of € 150. No deposit will be refunded after this date. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the end of the event.
Art. 15 - USAGE RIGHTS
MC Strade Bianche in Moto will be able to use this image for both video / dvd production and for the production of news articles and news articles with the tacit approval of the participant.
ARTICLE 16 - COMPLAINTS
The Organizer has the right to change the Regulation and shall inform in due time the officials and the teams. Any changes it may consider appropriate to this Regulation, which must be considered an integral part.
Art. 17 – FINAL DISPOSITIONS
The organizer do not cover the costs of any additional services ordered by the participants during the race: phone calls, fax, laundry, borrowing additional sets of sheets or towels, additional meals and drinks, except those ordered by the Organizer in the standard menu. Participants/persons ordering additional services are obliged to cover such costs prior to check-out. In case the above mentioned rules are violated, the Organizer reserves the right to deduct relevant sums upon the payment of rewards or upon any other financial settlements with the person/team that violated the above rules.
With the participation, they intend to give up any appeal to the authorities.
NB: This regulation may be subject to any updates that may be made during the preliminary operations in Misano Adriatico (RN).
